Malden High School athletes, Angela Dobbins, Antwanasia Bloniarz-Smoot, and Rylan Bell traveled to Albuquerque, New Mexico to compete at the Great Southwest Track Meet. Angela and Nasia competed in the heptathlon which is a 7 event feat. Rylan competed in a decathlon (10 events). Angela smashed two school records- the 800 meters and 200 meters and won the heptathlon with 4,213 points!
